Privacy Policy

Army KlangTECH (“we”, “us”) is a customer-support inbox that lets a business connect its Facebook Page, see the messages customers send to it, and reply to them as the Page. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Facebook account data — when you connect a Page, we receive your name, the Pages you manage, and Page access tokens, via Facebook Login for Business.
• Messages — the content of messages sent to and from your connected Pages, delivered to us through Meta’s webhooks and Graph API, so we can display conversations and send replies on your behalf.
• Customer profile data — for people who message your Page, a page-scoped ID (PSID) and, where Meta provides it, a display name, so your agents can tell conversations apart.
• Operational logs — records of webhook deliveries and send attempts, for reliability and debugging.

How we use it

• To provide the core service: showing conversations and letting a human agent reply as the Page.
• To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use message content for advertising. Replies are only sent in response to a customer’s own message to your Page.

Sharing

We share data only with Meta Platforms as required to send and receive messages through the Messenger Platform, and with the infrastructure providers that host the service on our behalf. We disclose information if required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep connected-account and conversation data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can pause a Page at any time from the Connections page, and you can request deletion of your data — see our Data Deletion instructions.

Security

Access tokens and conversation data are stored on secured servers and access is restricted to the account owner and their agents.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your data, and revoke Army KlangTECH’s access to your Pages at any time via your Facebook Business Integrations settings.

For Meta App Reviewers / testers

Data accessed during App Review or testing is used solely to demonstrate the app’s functionality and is not retained beyond what is necessary to evaluate the integration. Test conversations and any connected test Page can be removed on request.
